DINE AMONG THE STILLS AT JOURNEYMAN DISTILLERY

Located in the heart of Journeyman Distillery‘s historic campus, Staymaker offers a menu of sustainably-sourced gastropub fare designed to complement Journeyman’s award-winning spirits. With rustic appetizers, Detroit-style pizzas, sandwiches, and entrees, this is a great place to order up and share. Groups are welcome as the dining room is expansive, but Staymaker also works for date night at the bar thanks to time-worn industrial finishes and warm, twinkly lights.

In season, Staymaker offers outdoor dining overlooking Welter’s Folly, the distillery’s 30,000 square foot, 18-hole putting green inspired by Scotland’s famous Himalayas Putting Course. It’s a view entirely unique to Journeyman, the juxtaposition of centuries-old architecture, manicured green, and miles of open landscape.
