Tour the farm before sitting down to an organic Granor-grown meal that celebrates the expansive food culture of southwest Michigan. Coastline Children’s Film Festival Summer Series

With a mission to make great films and opportunities for young filmmakers available to kids throughout the lakeshore region of Southwest Michigan, CCFF presents its first summer extension since its founding in 2011. Four free screenings for kids of all ages to share, discuss, and enjoy as a community.
Kids Beach Camp by Third Coast Surf Shop

State of the Unity Film Premiere at Acorn Theater

In 2016, Brooklyn-based and Southwest Michigan-born duo The Bergamot embarked on a 50-state tour via station wagon with the wish to spread unity at a distinctly un-united time through music, community, and collaboration. State of the Unity is the award-winning film documenting that journey. Followed by Q+A and an acoustic performance, this may be the most thought-provoking and hopeful event of the summer.
Macie Stewart at Susan’s

As in-demand polymath of Chicago’s indie rock scene, Macie Stewart is a shape-shifting virtuoso and celebrated collaborator. As solo artist and songwriter, she weaves her satin voice and finger-picked guitar into an exquisite suite of chamber-pop vignettes. Set on Susan’s terrace, we’re thrilled to welcome Macie and her band for this rare Southwest Michigan performance.

Outsiders Outside Art Fair

Celebrating its 25th year, Judith Racht hosts a weekend celebration of visionary, folk, and outsider art on the grounds of her schoolhouse turned gallery. Without a doubt, the most colorful event of the season.
